ALFALYBRA SRL reserves the right to change, modify or correct the information on this site at any time and without notice. PRIVACY

This page indicates how the ALFALYBRA SRL website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of the subjects who get access to it. It is possible that during the visit you may be asked to provide personal information. Their non-disclosure may result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested. This is completely optional and any personal information will be processed in accordance with the European directives on the protection of personal data and in accordance with the current legislation on privacy with particular reference to the General Regulation n° 679/2016 and to the Legislative Decree June 30, 2003 n. 196 and to any regulations referred to therein and/or to any amendments or additions thereto. Personal information may be requested, such as name, title, company or business name, email address etc. The personal information that you freely wish to communicate to us will be recorded on media, including protected electronic media, and treated confidentially by ALFALYBRA SRL for its own institutional purposes, connected or finalized to the activity of the company itself and for the purposes and objectives envisaged by the requested services. Your data will be used to provide the services and/or to perform the transactions that have been requested by the user and/or to provide the user with information related to the products and services offered:

  1. obligations related to: civil, tax and accounting regulations; administrative management of the relationship; compliance with contractual obligations; support and information regarding the services you have requested; 
  2. information about future initiatives and announcements of new services by both the company and our external consultants.

The data referred to in point 1) are processed by our employees, our collaborators and our external consultants, where engaged in the execution of the mandate given to us.
We emphasize that consent to the processing of data for the purposes indicated in point 1) is mandatory and essential for the purposes of the execution of the mandate given to us. Conversely, it is optional with respect to the purposes in point 2): in case of refusal of consent to the latter hypothesis, it follows our inability to ensure information on the developments of our services.

In compliance with the obligations arising from National (Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, Code on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended) and European (European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data No. 679/2016, GDPR) legislation, this site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe the rights of users.
This site does not publish advertisements, does not use data for the purpose of sending advertisements, however it does make use of third-party services in order to improve the use of the site, third parties who may collect user data and then use it to send personalized advertisements on other sites. However, this site makes every effort to protect users' privacy and minimize the collection of personal data.

Legal basis for processing
This site processes data primarily on the basis of users' consent. The provision of consent is done through the banner placed at the bottom of the page, or through the use or consultation of the site, as a conclusive behavior. By using or consulting the site, visitors and users approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in the manner and for the purposes described below, including possible disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service. The processing of data collected by the site, in addition to the purposes related, instrumental and necessary to the provision of the service, is aimed at the following purposes:
–Statistics (analysis)
Collection of data and information in aggregate and anonymous form only in order to verify the proper functioning of the site. None of this information is related to the physical person-User of the site, and does not allow its identification in any way. Consent is not required.
- Consulting and professional assignments
In the case of spontaneous submission of data for the purpose of requesting professional advice or for a professional assignment, the data will be used only for the purpose of evaluating the assignment and for the eventual fulfillment of the same. In such cases, appropriate information will be provided.
Data collected
This site collects user data in two ways.
- Data collected in an automated manner
During Users' browsing, the following information may be collected and stored in the site's server (hosting) log files:
- internet protocol (IP) address;
- type of browser;
- parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
- name of the internet service provider (ISP);
- date and time of visit;
- web page of the visitor's origin (referral) and exit;
- possibly the number of clicks.
This data is used for statistical and analytical purposes, in aggregate form only. The IP address is used for security purposes only and is not cross-referenced with any other data.
Place of processing
Data are processed at the web hosting datacenter (Aruba S.p.A.). The web hosting (Aruba S.p.A.), is responsible for the processing, processing the data on behalf of the owner. The web hosting (Aruba S.p.A.) is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European standards (https://www.aruba.it/documents/tc-files/it/08_informativa_aruba_spa_cookie_it.pdf). 
Transfer of collected data to third parties
The data collected by the site are generally not provided to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request by the judicial authority and only in cases provided by law; if it is necessary for the provision of a specific service requested by the User; for the performance of security checks or optimization of the site.
Transfer of data to countries outside the EU
IThis site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. For example, with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn). The transfer is authorized under specific decisions of the European Union and the Italian Data Protection Authority, in particular Decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield - see the Italian Data Protection Authority's information page), for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
Security Measures
We process visitor/user data lawfully and fairly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal data during their submission, using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information in transit. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the stated purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of appointees involved in the organization of the site or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers) may have access to the data.
